Weight loss is recommended but the best way to reverse or prevent Type 2 diabetes is to reduce your circulating blood sugar.  Simply losing weight isn't enough to improve your health. 

 

I have successfully reduced HbA1c levels for many clients including one from 63 (type 2 diabetic) to 47 (almost out of pre-diabetic range).
